Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager
As Senior Asset Manager, Asia is responsible for the overall management of approximately 1,200 under development and existing Class A residential apartments in the New England region for SMC Management Corp. Asia has 20 years of customer service experience with 8 years of property management and senior marketing experience in the multifamily industry.
During her tenure as Asset Manager and Director of Marketing for SMC, she has developed a deep expertise in lease-up strategies for existing and properties under development. Overseeing approximately 1200 under development and existing residential units in the New England region, Asia leverages her extensive marketing background steering the strategic direction of the company’s multifamily portfolio. Leading the execution of SMC’s marketing and operations management across various multifamily industry platforms, Asia enhances brand visibility and tenant engagement. Her effective strategy implementation is crucial in supporting new construction projects, where she collaborates closely with architects and stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes. Dedicated to achieving high occupancy rates, Asia implements robust employee training programs focused on marketing, fair housing, and customer service with a unique blend of marketing insight and operational acumen.
Prior to her career in property management, Asia thrived in the retail sector, where she excelled in sales and training development at a leading retail company where she built a comprehensive training strategy and spearheading regional training initiatives. This experience sharpened her skills in developing impactful training programs boosting team performance and customer satisfaction.
Asia is fluent in both English and Polish and holds a master’s degree in Professional Communication and Marketing from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut.
